Article 01

Scope of Educational Articulation Services

NursePathway operates as an academic advisory and articulation bridge connecting qualified nursing candidates with active, regionally accredited US collegiate partners and healthcare clinical affiliates. NursePathway audits prior coursework, evaluates domestic and foreign syllabi, and coordinates formal transfer matriculation into partner institutions that hold official nursing education program codes recognized by State Boards of Nursing and the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN).

Article 02

Candidate Eligibility & Prior Learning Assessment

Enrollment into our articulation programs requires the submission of authentic prior transcripts, diploma certificates, and identification. All prior learning assessments (PLAs) are conducted by academic evaluators under collegiate transfer policies. The candidate affirms that all submitted documents are genuine. Any intentional submission of forged or altered academic records will result in immediate termination of advisory services without refund.

Article 03

Collegiate Partner Matriculation & Registrar Records

Upon successful transcript evaluation and enrollment, the candidate is formally matriculated as an enrolled student within an accredited sister collegiate institution. The partner college maintains full academic jurisdiction, issues course credits, archives student grades, and serves as the permanent institutional record custodian under federal FERPA regulations.

Article 04

Clinical Residency & Hospital Preceptorship Obligations

Candidates enrolled in programs requiring acute-care clinical hours must fulfill all pre-placement requirements mandated by affiliated hospital systems. These include criminal background screening, 10-panel drug testing, physical examination, and proof of required immunizations (including Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella, TDAP, and annual TB screening). Candidates must adhere to professional hospital nursing codes of conduct while under preceptor supervision.

Article 05

State Board Verification & Examination Clearance

Upon completion of all degree requirements and clinical competencies, the partner collegiate registrar transmits official transcripts directly to the requested State Board of Nursing via secure electronic clearinghouses. The Dean of Nursing signs and stamps the state-mandated Verification of Graduation (VOG) certificate, authorizing candidate clearance in the NCSBN regulatory portal for Pearson VUE Authorization to Test (ATT) issuance.

Article 06

Tuition, Financial Schedules & Refund Policy

Tuition schedules are detailed in the candidate's formal Enrollment Agreement prior to payment. NursePathway offers flexible milestone payment plans. If a candidate's prior transcript evaluation demonstrates that the candidate cannot be articulated into an accredited partner program, all initial evaluation deposits are 100% refundable. Once matriculation and course registrations are finalized with the partner university, refunds are governed by the partner university's standard institutional refund calendar.

Article 07

Student Privacy & Record Confidentiality

All student records, transcripts, evaluation reports, and correspondence are held in strict compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. § 1232g). NursePathway does not sell, lease, or distribute student records to non-affiliated commercial third parties.

Article 08

Governing Law & Institutional Integrity

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state jurisdictions of our collegiate partner institutions. NursePathway operates in strict compliance with federal higher education statutes and professional nursing licensing regulations.
